FRESH AIR FOR PERFECT VENTILATION SYSTEM

What keeps us afresh and live? Naturally there are three things that we sustain to keep us healthy and that are water, food and fresh air. Without a fresh breeze of air we cannot survive a few minutes. Fresh air is the elixir of life. The best locations for enjoying this gift of nature is near any seashore, mountains or away from the city life. It is important to stay away from the poisonous fumes, dust, decay and bacteria invasions. The warmth and moisture associated with decaying animal matter or vegetable promotes the growth of moths and molds. Be vigilant in checking the living spaces for dust and decay, for bacteria and virus invasions, and contaminated air full of pollutants. Maintain a good and healthy ventilation system, a good breath of fresh air can revitalize and stimulate a mind set dull by the day's work.
