Phenomenon of natural Ventilation

If you see the phenomenon of ventilation in the old monuments they were all naturally ventilated. Scientists have increased our awareness for cost effective and environment friendly techniques of use of natural resources of energy because of which natural ventilation has become increasingly popular amongst all of us. We all know that ventilation is very important for increasing productivity of any workplace. Exhaust fan can be quite effective too, in ancient building stair cases acted as exhaust stack. These all throw out the hot air and moisture that accumulates in the house. Natural ventilation uses natural forces of wind to remove odors and replace them with fresh air for refreshed amount of oxygen and minimize thermal effect. Each room should have a supply opening and exhaust opening. Locate exhaust high above the inlet because hot air is lighter than cold air and to maximize its efficiency the windows must be oriented across the room.
